Outdoor Field Day for a Middle School

Postby DJspynn » Sun Jun 12, 2011 1:59 am

I was wondering what you guys and gals would play at an Outdoor Field Day for a Middle School.... They are having me start at 9am and stopping at 11am... The kids will be busy with games and activities, they (the schools vice principal) thought it would be a nice touch for the kids.....

With that said no interactivity is needed.... I am thinking of play what the local radio stations play.... Just curious what other people's thoughts are......

I think you got it just right. Checking out the local radio station's playlist is a great idea. I would then add some good classic rock, some acoustic and chart pop tracks to the mix. 9am to 11am is a really hard time to play, but it can also be fun to play without too much pressure.

I think you should also throw in a little of your own style. Don't forget the clients selected you for the event, make it your own.
