PCDJ VJ- Your venue VJ subscription has expired
It is possible that a windows update or antivirus or registry cleaning scan has messed around with the Softwrap security files. Refrain from performing this in the futurePerform the following:
Download the latest version of VJ Here:http://pcdj.com/index.php/support/vj-downloads/
If that doesn't fix it then please perform the following steps:
WARNING: THIS MAY REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE TO REACTIVATE VJ. PLEASE HAVE YOUR LICENSE CODE AND INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE WHEN DOING THIS!
STEP 1:
Operating System: Windows XP/VISTA/Windows 7
CLOSE PCDJ VJ
CLICK WINDOWS START BUTTON
ENTER CONTROL PANEL
ENTER INTERNET OPTIONS
CLICK PRIVACY TAB
LOWER COOKIE RESTRICTION LEVEL TO: LOW
CLICK APPLY
CLICK OK
STEP 2:
Operating System: Windows XP
OPEN ‘My Computer’ FOLDER
OPEN (C:) DRIVE
OPEN ‘Documents and Settings’ FOLDER
OPEN ‘All Users’ FOLDER
OPEN ‘Shared Documents’ FOLDER
OPEN ‘Softwrap’ FOLDER
DELETE ALL ‘VISIOPCDJVJ' FOLDERS
CLOSE FOLDER WINDOWS
Operating System: Windows Vista/Windows 7
CLICK WINDOWS START BUTTON
OPEN ‘Computer’
OPEN (C:) DRIVE
OPEN ‘Users’ FOLDER
OPEN ‘Public’ FOLDER
OPEN ‘Public Documents’ FOLDER
OPEN ‘Softwrap’ FOLDER
DELETE All ‘VISIOPCDJVJ’ FOLDERS
STEP 3:
Operating System: Windows XP/Vista
LAUNCH PCDJ VJ
Reactivate if necessary
