DEX/Red Mobile Performance Issues
First Make sure that you meet or exceed the RECOMMENDED system requirements for DEX and RED Mobile:Intel Dual Core or AMD 64 x 2 2.0 Ghz or better
DirectX 9 or Better Video Card
4.1 DirectX or ASIO compatible soundcard (with front and rear separate outputs)
2 GIG RAM or Better (4 is recommended)
200 MB free on the hard-drive
Next make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest update / Free trial for DEX / Red Mobile: http://www.pcdj.com/index.php/support/software-support/
If Using Vista or Windows 7 you should disable the User Account Control:
If your machine has a good amount of Memory (RAM) installed (3gig or better) disable Streaming mode and change the sample rate to 44.1 k in the IN / Out Page of Options in RED Mobile / DEX.
You can also try raising the buffer setting in your Asio control panel or if using direct sound drivers in menu (options)->options-> in / out page.
